Terms

The agreements between you and me when you book, buy or join. Prices are in euros and include VAT.

1:1 sessions

  • You pay when you book. The Zoom link arrives in your inbox.
  • You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session.
  • If you want to cancel completely, you can do so within 14 days of booking, as long as the session has not happened yet. You then receive a full refund, as EU law gives you this right.
  • Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours before, or not showing up, means the session is used and there is no refund.
  • If I ever need to move a session, I offer you a new time or a full refund.
  • I record every session and send you the recording afterwards.

Sky Union

  • Sky Union is a digital program. You get access straight away after paying, to the modules and the workbook, for as long as the program exists.
  • Your purchase includes 3 months of access to the Sky Union Mirror. After that you can choose to continue through Temple Space.
  • When you pay, you agree to receive access straight away, and you accept that the 14 day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies.
  • Instead you have the 3 day Heart Promise. If within 3 days of joining you feel Sky Union is not for you, write to me at anke@the13thtemple.com and you receive a full refund, as long as you have not gone further than the Compass and Module 1.
  • After a refund, your access to Sky Union and the Sky Union Mirror ends. The Heart Promise applies once per person.
  • Sky Union is for your personal use. Please do not share your access or the materials.

Temple Space

  • A monthly membership at €13 a month.
  • You can stop at any moment, and your membership ends at the end of the month you already paid for.

The Oracle of the Thirteen Mothers

For shipping, returns and your 14-day right to return, please see Shipping and returns. Like every product sold in Spain, the deck carries a 3 year legal guarantee if it arrives damaged or faulty.

Discount codes

The deck code you receive with a session can be used once, for one deck.

Spiritual guidance, not medical advice

My readings, programs, tools and deck are for reflection and personal growth. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You stay responsible for your own choices.

If we disagree

Write to me first, I am sure we can find a way. These terms follow Spanish law.
