Who looks after your data

What I collect and why
- Your email and name, when you sign up for my emails, take the quiz or download something. So I can send you what you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any moment with one click.
- Your order details (name, email, shipping address), when you buy the deck or Sky Union. So I can deliver it and keep the invoices the law asks me to keep.
- Your booking details and birth information (date, time and place of birth, and the focus you share), when you book a session or use the Sky Union Mirror. So I can prepare and give your reading, or calculate your chart.
- Your quiz and assessment answers, so I can show and send you your result.
- Basic website statistics and cookies, only if you agree. See cookies below.
Why I am allowed to
I use your data because you asked me for something (a purchase, a booking, a reading), because you gave your consent (my emails, cookies), or because the law requires it (invoices and accounting).
Who helps me
I work with a few trusted services that process data for me:
- Stripe, for payments
- MailerLite, for my emails
- Zoom Scheduler, for session bookings
- Zoom, for online sessions
- Netlify, for hosting this website
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for ads, only with your consent
Some of them are based outside the EU, mostly in the United States. They protect your data with the safeguards the EU requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
I keep your data only as long as needed for the reason you gave it. Invoices and order details I keep for 6 years, as Spanish law requires. Your email stays on my list until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can always ask me to see, correct, delete, limit or move your data, and object to how I use it. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to anke@the13thtemple.com. If you feel I did not handle your data well, you can also contact the Spanish data protection authority: aepd.es.
Cookies
Some small files are needed for the website and payments to work. These are always on.
Other cookies, such as the Meta Pixel, help me understand which posts and ads bring people here. These are only used after you say yes in the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time via [Cookie settings link].
